Dear friend, We have been navigating challenging and turbulent times regarding our City's budget. I had an opportunity to present the background on our challenges at the Chamber's Mayor's Business Luncheon last week at Cliffbreakers. However, our citizens' ability to pay for the combined salaries, benefits and pensions for these employees is difficult to say the least.
