Mayor Larry Morrissey to Deliver
State of the City Address at Coronado Theatre

Rockford Mayor Lawrence J. Morrissey will deliver his 2nd Annual State of the City Address at the historic Coronado Theatre, 314 North Main Street, on Thursday, March 15, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

This year’s speech will focus on the progressive path the City has taken that concentrates on positive change and growth. Mayor Morrissey will also present a call to action for area residents to continue their support of innovation and bold leadership from their elected officials.

The State of the City Address event is free and open to the public. Tickets can be picked up in person at the following Centre Events outlets: Metro Centre, 300 Elm Street or at the Coronado Theatre, 314 North Main Street. Metro Centre box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; the Coronado Theatre box office opens at 12 noon on event days only. Tickets are not available on the Internet. Four tickets will be available per person for the event. The theater will open at 5:00 p.m. and seating is general admission.
